Dark Sky
Talking Stock
“I found myself in the audience watching Le Grand Return, expecting a reasonable afternoon’s entertainment. I staggered out at nearly 5pm, having watched and experienced some of the finest performances I’ve ever witnessed and a production that competed with the best I’ve seen. It was absolutely superb. Wonderful writing, great acting, and so close to home.”
“Talking Stock always delivers the goods confidently and powerfully. This record is a testament to the guiding hands behind the company and is testified to by the waxing band of followers the company enjoys. There really is something here worth looking at.”
“We love Alan Stockdill! He’s our local playwright with a heart!”
“Alan’s plays are always amazing. I’ve seen 4 of them this year and can’t wait to come back and see more. The cast are always excellent.”
Call out the instigators, there’s something in the air.
Enough is enough. The Dark Sky animal rights group are planning direct action. But are they actually dangerous or just bungling amateurs? Is everyone really who they appear to be?
Keep your friends close and your enemies closer.
Inspired by a true story, Stockdill brings his trademark humour to a serious subject. ‘Dark Sky’ will make you laugh, but it will also make you think.
